Deadline Reminders

    Rowan’s curriculum management system is closed from July 1, 2026 - August 6, 2026.  The system will open for Fall 2026 proposal drafting and submission work beginning August 7, 2026.  

    AY 2026-2027 Deadlines 

    •    Fall 2026: Friday, October 2, 2026  
    •    Spring 2027: Friday, February 19, 2027

    Proposals should be received by the Senate on or before the dates listed above to ensure proposals are processed in the same semester in which they are submitted and that the proposed changes retain their original effective term and year.
